The study of shape illuminates the natural principles underlying biologic structure. Bring basic concepts of triangulation into your alignment cues as a yoga teacher.
Our understanding of anatomy is informed by an appreciation of how it got to be the way it is through embryonic development. Study the embryo and see the how and why arising before your eyes!
Get hands-on and use colour to augment your learning process. Together we make anatomy practical by developing awareness of surface landmarks and applying theory directly to your teaching practice.
Posturology is how we explore the study of postural anatomy through personal experience. We hold space for exploring posture, making models, painting with colour, and using 3D software to bring the anatomy to life in vivid experience. Innovative teaching and learning techniques form robust connections and make lasting impressions with inspiring outcomes for teaching and practice.
2 dimensional images and text can only get you so far in your journey toward understanding 3 dimensional subjects. Join us for guided tours of the virtual cadaver using 3D anatomical software.STAY CURRENT
