My name is Karen Kirkness. I offer yoga sessions crafted from the heart, forged in experience, and informed by my study of anatomy.

My instruction weaves together movement and breath, stillness and strength, playfulness, creativity, rebellion and release all toward helping you find your own best experience. Learn more about me here.

Yoga is inherently about learning to discern what is you, unfurling layer by layer. I believe that this discerning personal journey leads to self-mastery at every level for students and teachers of yoga.
